Incompetence is now our problem!!

In August last year we opened two contracts with Cell C. We were told that the contracts would include the phone, 50 min call time, 50 SMS's, 50 Mb data, BIS and the best service for R199pm. We originally wanted the Blackberry 9380 which was the advertised contract but due to stock shortage we were offered the 9360 on the same package at the same price. This was great but this is also where the great service stopped. From day one we had problems and were over-billed. After many queries not only with your call centre but also with your branch, I was informed today that due to the fact that we did not receive the advertised 9380 that they could not rectify our query or account. Firstly I am disgusted that the call centre never got back to us and that I, as a student had to take time out of my varsity schedule to come into the store to query this again and again. Secondly, I was politely informed that the guy responsible for the error was fired shortly after our contracts were set up, does this not say enough??? Now my issue is that I had no role in employing incompetent staff and would think that customer service should be priority.
