Cell C useless

I have been with a service provider for 15 years and when I had to upgrde a data package, I decided to give Cell C a chance. As I am using my data for business, I use quite a lot of data and realised I need a bigger package.

I have been dealing with cell C for the past month and today I have had enough as no-one wants to assist me with what I want. I wanted to upgrade from a 2GB to a 10GP package and was informed that as an existing customer, it will cost me R1540, but for new customers only R499. Why dont they offer their existing and loyal customers similar deals, and this could have been disclosed to me 30 days ago already.

cell C, I have 2 data lines with you and were going to port my existing 2 phone contracts to you, but because of your call centre agents being incompetent and extremely UNHELPFUL, you have just lost 4 contracts!!!
