Cellphone insurance claim not resolved for 4 month

I took it a cellphone insurance with Game when I purchased my phone last year, the phone subsequently got damaged and I logged a claim with the insurance in December 2012. They tried fixing the phone and subsequently concluded that the handset has to be replaced. But they did not have stock of the blackberry 9380, as I had purchased this phone for my sister who is still a student, it was important that she gets another blackberry for their excellent data tariff (BIS) and we decided to wait for a handset to be available.

I kept calling, on average once a week, and eventually we were informed that the 9380 has been discontinued irrespective of us seeing it being sold at other game stores, then we were informed that the insurance only deals with Cresta and Menlyn stores and we were advised to choose another phone to the insured amount. We chose the BB 9360, though its a cheaper phone and they still didn't have stock. Then we opted for the Samsung S3 mini as they had stock and we have been awaiting delivery for the last 4 weeks, every time I call I get a different excuse. I offered to pick up the phone myself and this is not permitted. I'm at my wits' end. What recourse have I got?
