My line has been suspended since Sunday (2013-03-10) Been calling the call centre daily to get this cleared and everyday get told that it is logged and should be sorted in 24hrs. All. Its been 5 days you pathetic service provider... 5 days. The best part is..its a fault on 8ta's side. My account is up to date and has been for the past 3 years. Check your terms and conditions on page 8 in "
8TA SUBSCRIBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS " I want my account pro rated, or my money back you liars. I held on for 56 minutes today (2013-03-15) for the person who unsuspends accounts to get back to the call centre agent, and there was no reply. Neither did the agent even update me in those 56 mins. Return my money or pro rate my account, and sort my line out you pathetic service provider. I want this escalated to the highest level and a phone call from someone to tell me how i will be reimbursed, for being without a phone for 5 DAYS!!! And it will still not be sorted by the end of today Im sure. Get your act together people. If this is how you deliver a service, I hope you wont be delivering 1 for too much longer!!! Absolutely frustrated
