Not creditworthy even though I am

I went to the Vodacom shop on Sunday 9/03/2013 to transfer my account from my dad's name to my own. I am a 24 year old working lady and I am tired to always remember to pay my dad R335 for my account so I wanted to arrange a debit order. The guy told me that it will take more or less a day. At 1pm today 15/03/2013 I still haven't heard anything so I phoned them. I then had to hear it was not approved, because of the fact that I am not creditworthy. That is a clap in my face because I have other accounts that is paid and I have a credit card of almost R10 000, but Vodacom doesn't see me creditworthy for a R335 account.

I will then just have to wait till the contract is finished and end it and go to the competitor, maybe they will treat me as a potential client.
