At my Wits end!!

Dear 8ta. i am trying to get my contract cancelled and ported from the 16th January 2013, and no one at 8ta can help!! I have been talking to Afred Mngidi and Letoya Parker for the last two months, and despite constant promises and constant changes as to what needs to be done, still nothing. Can you please get someone senior, who knows exactly what to do to call me... I am honestly fed up, despondent and will make it my lifes mission to tell everyone that i can how far they must run when they see an 8ta offer!!!
