8ta a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

We took out a cellphone contract with 8ta/Telkom mobile, but after never having any signal and constant problems with the debit orders we decided to cancel. So we contacted them and requested for the contract to be cancelled and they gave us the settlement amount. We paid it an followed up and they assured us that they received everything they needed and that the contract was cancelled. But now more than a year later they start taking debit orders again - outrageous amounts! when we phone to query they have all sorts of excuses like we went over the limit??? what limit!? the contract is CANCELLED or outstanding cancellation fee... of over R1 200? after they told us everything has been settled? This is ridiculous and i will make it a point to never do business with them again!
