I honestly hope to this is the last time I have to deal with Telkom incompetent staff. I had requested my landline and ADSL in Standerton Mpumalanga be cancelled in January 2013. I have been handed over to the attorneys for "non-payment" but Telkom however is still debiting my bank account for a cancelled account and I still have to pay lawyers. The Reference nr for the cancellation is 190CRK130213. Please please please!!! I am getting so frustrated that I do not know what to do anymore. I want to completely have the Standerton landline and ADSL cancelled with immediate effect. I can not even get itemised billing due to this problem, neither can I get the dongle. I am tire of talking to call centre staff who always reassure me that the problem is solved. We are now in June, half way though the year and I still have headaches. I WANT A SENIOR MANAGER TO CALL ME AND HAVE THIS SORTED OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL...
