When i walked into your Irene branch for ADVICE for when i upgrade i didnt think im going to sot with THIS! I had to renew my contract and specifically said to the consultant what my needs were and even wanted to lower my package to be more cost effective - i was promised this and that and i dont have to worry! Then i get a bill of R1900 - that double my usual account. When i went back to ask an explanation i was given the - oe i dont know how that happened but here is cancellations number! THATS GREAT CUSOMER SERVICE FOR YOU! When i called the call centre for an explanation of what i can do i was merely told to go to a branch! So when a debit of only a R1000 went off i thought maybe it was a mistake - but now im getting emails about the R1900 that also need to be paid and nobody can give me answers - PLEASE explain to me how when i trust a vodacom employee to provide me with HELP from the beginning is this now what i sit with? So dissapointed that vodacom can bull me into a new contract cause we all have targets to meet and now you cant take an enquiry on the advice i got in the first place!
