Empty promises

We applied for a new contract on the 30th of March 2013, 1st I was told the contract is approved, they have stock and I will have my laptop by Tuesday at the latest. When I queried why it wasn't delivered I was told that it has been declined because I do not have a credit record!!?? Why is this a bad thing? Should it be a good thing that you don't have any debt? After talking to them explaining that everyone says the same they then agreed to approve my contract and give me a change to build up a credit record. Then they where out of stock for I don't now how long!!

On the 6th of May 2013 I was told that my laptop will be delivered the 7 or 8 May 2013. Still nothing!!! Now I phoned again to find out what it going on, they put me through from the one person to the other! After R 100 airtime a lady tells me that my contract has been cancelled 8 May 2013 with no explanation!!!

The manager nor the lady from head office we normally deal with doesn't even answer there cellphones!!!

I would please like an explanation on what happened!!?? How can a contract be approved, declined, approved, declined???
