Still waiting for an answe

I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter's web site on the 1st March, regarding the terrible internet service I was getting on my 3G modem. They replied somebody would get back to me. After several other comments from me I eventually got a call on Sunday morning 10 March, 9 days later. I was out and couldn't talk at that time, so they said they would call me the next day at 09:00.

Guess what not a word and I am STILL having terrible internet service. Typical, and of course you cannot get through to anybody senior because they are "protected".

Never again VODACOM, you caught me once, never again. This is not how you treat the people who help make you Rbillions.
