Wrote a report on hellopeter on March 13. It took Vodacom 4 days to acknowledge receipt thereof. It is now March 24 and still no response. Perhaps it is time to launch a scathing attack in the newspaper as the arrogance that this company displays is untenable. Do not even respond to a complaint on hellopeter which as we all now has become an impressive consumer watchdog.
