VODACOM CANNOT POSSIBLY HAVE WORSE SERVICE

Firstly Vodacom what terrible reception lately. trying to move to LTE but we dont even have basic GSM signal, if i count ill have probably every second or more call will drop and that is in areas from gauteng thru mpumalanga.
Then on top of that we now know were they make there money. I canceled a sms bundle package and on another line a data package every month since December 2012 and i am still paying for it because its not removed from my account then im sill waiting for them to get back to regarding the recorded calls. it is so sad that we have to pay for a service in south africa and get a second rate service.
