BAD SERVICE!!!

I called into the call centre at MTN (808) and i spoke to Nokuthula (that's if they gave me the correct name).
I was quering my billing system on my account as i wanted assistance to understand what is causing my bill to be so high. She litteraly did not have answers for all the questions that i had, i felt her responses to me were a bit inappropriate. I did make her aware at the beggining of the call that i am fustrated because i do not understand how my contract works. She instead refered me to 173 to answer a simple question she could have asked her team leader if she did not know. She made me hold and i was on a call for more than 20 min on my cell phone (I hope this number is free) after I was now hearing the IVR which means i was transfered back into the queue by her and she did not even advise me at all the last thing she said is "hold". i would like her to please return my call and provide me with responses to my initial call with her. i was quering the cell phone number 083 471 0418. And i'm also not happy with Ndumiso, please listern to all 3 calls made on the 15/03/2013. this is not fair as i'm new this product and noone cares that i'm fustrated by it!!!
