During the process of upgrading my contract to the new Blackberry Z10, i was informed that i would have to pay an additional amount for a new Micro SIM card. As a client of MTN for the last 18 years spending on average R800 per month, I felt this was unfair. The consultant referred this to the manageress who without even engaging with me, stated that she could maybe give a discount and then proceeded to walk straight past me and into the back of the office. I was actually gob smacked to say the least. Attitude of this person and clearly shows how the cellular service providers don't actually care about customer loyalty! Went straight to the Cell C and Vodacom outlets in the the center, both of whom were eager to talk to me...
