Poor 3G reception Glenwood

I live in the Glenwood Durban area. It is a never ending hassle to connect to internet. It is suppose to be a well covered area regarding signal reception, but its only for the 1st 5 min that I start to use it, then its on and off all the time. What plans are there to resolve this issue?
