I received a call which was confirming an additional line, I told them i did not know about the application and i asked them to launch an investigation. The next day i called again and requested details of the call and requested an investigation into the issue. I even drove to vodacom midrand to see if i can speed up the investigation but to no avail. Till this day I spoke to more than three call centre shift manager one of them was Victor Martin with an 021 number. I am a loyal Vodacom customer of many years. I am very sad about having to explain myself over and over again on my account to a service provider. I am putting a last straw, I wanted to write a complaint to the highest executive of vodacom but I couldn't find his/her e-mail details. It hurts me to have a wife who cant find a job for two years and yet I spoke to over 10 people who could not do a simple task, and serve me as a customer. As a paying customer and a single income household its sad to explain the severity of the issue in terms of the identity and its severity to multiple people and they do not even give it thought, at some stage I spend well over an hour on the call with vodacom.
