Illegal subscriptions

Two complains: 1. Its 10 past midnight and 20 mins ago i called your call center to report an illegal subscription on my data sim card by cellspice which is taking R7/day off my account... The call center was very noisy and couldn't even hear myself speak.
2. I've never subscribed to cellspice for R7/day and i thought all telecommunications companies have now established methods to detect and prevent such companies to scamming their customers. i checked out this cell spice website and its naked women, i am woman and have no interest in watching other naked women!!!
My request is is there no way that Vodacom can reverse these R7/day by recovering them from this site? or who do i report this cellspice thing to recover my money?
