I wrote this report on the 24th of February:

"I bought the 10GB internet package a year ago, and it worked perfectly fine. However, the last month or so I have been unable to use it properly as the connection is more unavailable than available. This is disgusting. I cannot even use the 10GB a month as it is more often off than on. 8ta, sort your out by the end of the month, otherwise I will be pulling the debt order from the bank for breach of contract."

8ta replied on Hello Peter with their cardboard cut-out response that they have sent me an E-Mail and they apologise for the inconvenience. So I filled in the form that they E-mail me. After waiting a week with STILL no service, I E-Mailed them. They said they'll get back to me when they get a response from their technical team. I got the response on SMS today that I have a "case number". Well done for taking 3 weeks just to START addressing my problem.

8ta, you will not be billing me for the internet contract for the month of March as it is unused, and you will not bill me until you fix the problem.
