No Phone after odering 3 times

I went to the MTN store in Mall@Reds to do the upgrade on the 8/03/2013
Once in front i get told they will have to order me a Samsung S3mini as they don't have stock.
Saterday i saw there was ONE missed call (as i was out riding bike you don't hear a phone ring) from a strange number but no message left.
The 12th i go in just to see whats happeing. Sorry sir we phoned you numerous time with no answer and gave your ORDERED phone to someone els, but will have stock on the 13/03/2013.
So the following day I go back once again, but this time im not even on the oder list anymore!!
So ive ordered the same phone again for the 3rd time now. I was told stock might come in on Friday which is a problem as im away for the weekend so i bet my ORDERED phone will once again be giving to someone els.
