I ordered an item of clothing on the 20th of December 2012. I went in to the Gateway store two or three times to check the status of my order, and at the time of placing the order, there was stock of the item. I went back to the store on Sunday 17 February 2013, only for the staff to call head office and them to say, firstly, that my phone number was wrong (impossible as my phone number is on the system - I receive smses for sales and all other notifications), and secondly that there was no stock of the item - which is untrue - as I was told there was stock when I ordered. I am extremely disappointed as it was an item that I liked, ALOT.
