Ad attitude towords ordering stock

I ordered a blackberry from there store and was told that the phone has to be ordered by the sales consultant and was fine with it. On Thursday i heard from a friend of mine that the store did get stock and she got her Samsung that she ordered after going to the store and asking if the stock of the blackberry's came in i was told by another consultant that they did only receive stock of the Samsung and would have to make sure of the order cause the lady in charge of the orders didn't order it.
