So, its been 3 years of fighting over one silly thing and yoy still get it wrong.

My broadband account has been cancelled once again, and now you have taken me to your lawyers.

How so when you decided to NOT deduct my account monthly when requested to do so? Bank details wereprovided for, with funds made available, yet no deductions were made by yourself.

Now I find I will have to fight you another eternity before this mess is sorted out and I can buy my home.
