R1050, was deducted from my account for my credit card. I made an arrangement end of last year to pay R300 per month, last year an amount R750 was deducted, but it was sorted out within a week. I have left funds in my account for FNB to debit on 01st of every month. But in December and January they did not. Its not my fault, as I don't constantly check my account when on holiday. Now you deduct R1050 from my account for the credit card. That money was allocated for insurances and other expenses. I find this horrid, and not fair. I have made an arrangement which I want to up-hold but you making it impossible for me to up hold all my other commitments if you just deduct what you feel like, when you want too. How can such a big bank make this error twice. People told me not to go with FNB when I opened my account last year, but I decided to go with FNB, cos of your ebucks, and innovative thinking. But this is crazy and total madness. What must I do to ensure that this never happens again, cos I have made an arrangement and FNB is not honouring the same. I need this sorted out immediately, as I am not an impressed client... Why is FNB getting such a horrid name now?
