Handed over after cancelling 3 years ago

Once again fighting with your useless company!!! Got the shock of my life when a Liesl called due to my account being handed over...!!! I had a nasty fight with customer care 3 YEARS AGO over the same thing, fighting to cancel the thing, sent in letters 6x times if not more - and still deducting money from my account (that time) while busy cancelling! I have moved 3 times in the last 3 years and changed work places so where the am I supposed to get the documents your f*$&$ company threw away??? And how do you hand someone over who doesn't use the services (after cancelling), doesn't even get correspondence and is supposed to be cancelled??? After speaking to Liesl she told me there are no notes or anything reflecting that the cancellation was done, ad the last payment was last year September... how the do you get that? I CANCELLED 3 YEARS AGO!!! I am seriously up to here with this company, you can prepare yourself for a law suite if this is not sorted and if I find my name is black-listed!!!
