Sick and tired of this run around

Still waiting for vodacom to give me answers on my sabotaged phone! No one knows what's going on with it. It was booked in for 2 different issues yet they come up with other stories and accuse me of water damage. Yet my phone has never been near water so... Who at vodacom has damaged my phone and why am I given one story after the other? I want a phone and I need a phone! It's going onto two months now! I'm sick and tired of this nonsense
