Failure to upgrade contract & details, waste time

I upgraded my contract on 29/01/12 at the Clearwater branch, changing the package I was on. On the same day I requested they update my name (submitted marriage certificate), address (submitted proof of residence) & email address. I was in there almost an hour doing all of this, yet to date NOTHING has been changed - still on old package, maiden name, wrong address & email. I phoned customer care (808) who can't / won't solve my problem as it's a branch related query. Why bother calling yourself CUSTOMER care?! So now I have to waste more time going back to the branch to do something I have already done becasue someone didn't bother doing their job? This is not the 1st time this branch has messed up. Previously my account was on dad's name, we went in to have it transferred, they made copies of necessary documents, yet they never updated the ID number so everytime I got a "courtesy" call, I would be told that I was not the "right" account holder as the ID number didnt link up, as is the case now - Name, address etc don't link up with what I say and what is on their records seeing they don't update stuff!!! Maybe time to change service provider?
