I'm a very irritated FNB Cheque account holder and I'm starting to REALLY regret switching to FNB!
The switching itself is NOT what FNB say it is. The staff are RUDE and not very helpful! this is from the call center to the consultants at the branch!
I now received my 1st statement which has an incorrect address!! I send an email asking for this to be amended and I get a reply telling me that it cannot be sorted out and that I need to go to my branch (I don't have that time!).
And then I get an email telling me that I need to bring my marriage certificate to change my name! I have NEVER mentioned ANYTHING about changing my name in my emails! I want my address amended on my statement and it to be forwarded back to me. Is this too much to ask for?
On this note FNB must make sure to tell their customers what to bring when picking up cards at branches. They must insure that the customer is forwarded ALL the necessary documents need in time in order to make the process smooth! Its really that simple! How do we trust FNB with our money when they have incompetent staff?
