No delivery as yet, poor service

I called to apply for an additional cellphone contract, an add on to my exsisting contract. This was done on the 28th of February. It is now the 13th of March and I have not revieved my phone as yet. I am also disappointed by the bad serviced received. I would like my phone this week.
