I received another response from Funiwe today to day, complaint dealt with and feedback or email sent to me, unless I have a new email I'm not aware of or emails take days to be received, i didnt recieve any email and I called the legal department who said they would return my call last friday already and they mixed my query up with another clients query, so not they trying to find my query and locate Funiwe to see her email as they also cant find it. Really, i'm shocked and actually laughing at the service from Cell c. You guys, thats a proven fact
