So after not getting joy from Norwood store re: cell c not cancelling my contract i posted the bad service on Hello Peter on 19 Jan. Funiwe from cell c contacted and requested copies of all the documents. Guess what? - i had to do all the following up with her. She does not return calls, etc. So i decided to escalate this to her manager Lucky who tells me that because the line was still active i have to pay for the line usage. I dont totally agree with him but nevertheless i want to put the matter to bed so i asked him to send me an account bill of what he advised me i need to pay-this was on friday 1/2/13. I called the ceo's office and request to speak to lucky's manager and i am told there is no other manager besides him. I request that he contact me ASAP. Shortly afterwards i get a statement bill from Funiwe. To this date Luck doesnt have the integrity to call me. When i request information from Funiwe i get half answers and have to keep e-mailing her. CELL C IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE EAGER TO GET YOU ONBOARD AS A CLIENT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW OR NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING ISSUES LIKE THIS!!!
