Over two weeks and still no contact

After a call from Funiwe assuring me and a few other people promising me they will get Chuto to call me and many phone calls to a number that continues to just ring, I have gotten no closer to having my contract.

I have however in the meanwhile received my phone even though no one notified me of it but the phone is now just sitting without being activated. I have called in to activate it and they sent me on a uneventful chase to find out which cellc company my contract belonged to. Apparently no one can even find the contract on the system. How I got the phone is beyond me.

I have cancelled my contract with vodacom to port my number and now I just sit with no phone to use for my business and cant get hold of anyone to help me.
