I have problems with Blackberry Smartphone as does everybody else with Blackberry. I called to hear if what I can do as I pay a lot but Apps don't work proper etc. Brenda told me very friendly (she really is a dear) that I can go to the Vodashop as they will trade in the phone because of numerous problems with Blackberry. I asked for a reference (283043934) as previously I had a problem that they sent me to the Vodashop in Jeffreys Bay who told me it could not be done BUT I did it via Call Centre. And yes - the Vodashop knew nothing, the reference didn't help. Again, time and petrol was used, shop assistants no friendly. I have a list of names who I spoke to and who said what but the end result is: Vodacom's Product knowledge is poor and assistance is zero.

Another customer that can't wait to migrate way away from Vodacom and Blackberry!
