Vodacom's bad service and NO compassion

My 3 month old Blackberry 9790 have just stopped working. It switched off on it's own yesterday, wont charge, wont go back on.
I took it to the Vodashop in The Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch. The shop assistant told me that I need to take it back to the Vodashop that I purchased it from, IN MELVILLE!!! Then he told me that I should perhaps try to go to another Vodashop also in the Eikestad mall for assistance, and proceeded to hand me the nr to call to move my account to another service provider (082 1958). The service was SERIOUSLY unprofessional, and the shop assistant clearly did not care or know how to do his job. The other Vodashop told me that I will have to take my phone to the repair center in Somerset Mall, and that they will have to send my phone away for repairs, which might take a few weeks. NOW I don't know about you, but I don't have time to go from Vodashop to Vodashop just because no one is competent enough to help me!!! My phone is only 3 months old!! Clearly it is faulty!?? and IT MUST STILL BE UNDER WARRANTY?? Why must a new phone be send away for repairs? Why must I suffer the inconvenience while I am paying for a service THAT I AM CLEARLY NOT RECEIVING?!!!
