Im am very tired of the appalling service I received from Cell C from the time i started with this contract up until today. I took my phone in a month ago to be fixed, the phone was fixed and 2 days later had the same problem. I send the phone back and i called them 2 weeks ago, they confirmed that they have received the phone for repairs on the 19 February 2013 and they should have a response by the following week, im still waiting for the phone. I have read the terms of a blackberry phone, it states that if your phone give problems your provider should replace it. This has not happen. I also have a pending problem where the contract ended last year already and they still deducting premiums for R150.00 since last year, i send several cancellation letters but nothing has happended. Today i called them to follow up on the progress of the fixing off my phone they tell me that im in arrears with last month premium without any notification. I asked them to deduct the money from my account tommorow but instead they barred my phone, im really frustrated. Do i have to go to ICASA everytime to get service from Cell C. If my issues is not sorted out by today, i will go to ICASA again.
