Vodacom and BlackBerry what a joke

Well if you are on the vodacom net and have a blackberry be sure that you will have problems very soon.
i have a BlackBerry 9810 and i have lost my blackberry user id and password. The phone was givin problems and when i took out the batary to see if that will fix the problem the phone asked for the id pass word and when phone vodacom they told me that they can not help me over the phone i have to follow a link. Follow a link with a phone that is not on because i need the id password, and when i asked for the link to be sent to another email account it never happend.
The S... T service we are getting from our vodacom and Blackberry is really a joke because BlackBerry is full off passwords and this and that and without your password your phone is useless
