Where do i start? I signed the iphone 4s contract for R399 a month. Start getting billed R500 a month. Email Cell C and takes 5 days to get a response. Email says i am paying R70 for a 300mb bundle that the sales consultant did not tell me about (CanalWalk branch). I am also paying R40 "call charges" even though I have 7 hours talk time left. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I will be advising my family and work colleagues to stay away from Cell C if i dont get a good response here.
