False Advertising and Terrible Customer Care

I have never received such bad service from a Cell phone company as I have from cell C. I was battling to obtain a Samsung S3 White from any of there supply chains and decided to order directly online with them. I was offered a Contract of 100 sms & 100 minutes and 300mb. But was billed for the extra 200mb and was told I am on a 100 straight up contract when I called the call centre. Most annoyed I told the consultant to please investigate the recorded conversation I had with the consultant who did my contract. Still today i have heard nothing about it and no one has ever bothered to call me in this regard. I am most disappointed as I ported my number and my whole family joined in and all ported to cell c. I am most disappointed as everytime I have to call the call centre it takes over a half an hour for someone to assist and still you have no satisfaction at all.

I have emailed for help as well and no one came back to me before a whole month had gone by and the email said that someone would contact me shortly. Well that took another month as well. I have been with cell c for 4 months and the customer service is DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING. Is no one able to help!!!
