Please fix the following NOW!!

I got billed R816.83, I signed a contract for R399. Used no extra DATA. Still getting billed for my Blackberry BIS (WHY WASNT THIS CANCELLED WHEN I UPGRADED, TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!).

You should be able to recall I had a complaint about activating/sim swop with my iPhone 5 last month.

So January I got billed for my old contract, R282.00, This month I get billed R816.83, I hope you can do math, if not, the total is R1 098.83. Now you tell me there is nothing wrong here.

Same is happening on my mother's account, she got billed R860 something!!!
