I signed on with 8ta at the beginning of 2012, not a month goes by that I don'. t have an issue relating to billing and receiving of statements. They keep cutting me for no reason and cant even be bothered to contact me before doing so. Although I have made several tries to get them to debit my accounts every month but end up making manual eft's to there account, the latest is I paid them on the 5 March 2013, today is the 12 March 2013 and my account is still blocked. so basically I am going to end up paying for a month but wont be able to use any of the cap. I feel like going down to there head office and slappin' someone.8ta needs to compensate me for all the aggravation they have caused me
