I purchased a washing machine and bed in Joshua Doore Bellville in June or July 2012. I took a 12month agreement, to start paying from 01/08/2012 to 01/07/2013. However, all the statements that they have sent me show 01/12/2012 to 01/08/2013. I have been to the Bellville Branch to show them this error and they have escalated the issue to the head office, but nothing has been done. I spoke to some one from the head office who said this was to reflect on the statement I got this month, but nothing has been changed at all. I hope they will rectify the statements they send me.

In addition, when I purchased the items, there was a mistake and I was over charged. The manager noted this and offered to give me a manual discount of R700.00 to be deducted on my account. She wrote on one of my statements and signed, and she escalated the issue to their Head office but still nothing was done by the head office. Since Sep 2012 Iv been waiting for this to be sorted out and Iv been in the shop for more than 3 times but nothing has been done. I am really disappointed and frustrated as this is a big company.
