Hi Cell C,

I decided to change cellphone provider recently and decided on CellC, but thus far I am very disappointing.

I placed an order for a smartphone contract two weeks ago (2013/02/26) I was pre-approved and was promised delivery within 7 days.

Thus far I haven't received any form of communication from CellC, no order number, email, sms, phone call or phone delivery. My partner did the same and she didn't receive any notifications either - which eliminates case specific errors. This must be how you guys run things.

Seeing that I have committed to 24 months of monthly payments to CellC I would expect more. I have tried calling your customer service but after 30 minutes of being on hold I hung up.

Please contact me immediately. If I don't hear from customer service within a day I will post my experience on various forums (like this one), that always get the response time deserved. And needless to say cancel my new "phantom" contract.

If this is how you treat new customers I can't imagine what your client service in the future would be like.
