Vodacom frequently suspends my numbers

In August 2012 I received my account statement with an unknown cell number (0827822919) linked to my existing account. I immediately called Vodacom about this and they said I opened a new account with them. I told them that I never opened this account and therefore demanded that they unlink this number to my account but I was told that I must send them Certified copy of my ID, Affidavit and my bank statement which I sent on the10th Sep 2012. They gave me ref# S3LBM222U4F3 for for this call.

I also asked them to cancel the debit order because I was afraid they will also debit this unknown number amount because it is included in my existing account. I then arranged with them to pay at the bank which is what I was doing since September 2012, and I was paying R388.00 for all my 3 numbers until Dec 2012 when I paid up one of my contracts and am now paying R193.50 for my remaining 2 numbers.
Now Vodacom fails to clear the amount carried over by this opened account, hence they always suspend my lines and I have to call them to unlock every time they do this. They do this about 3 to 4 times a month since last Sep 2012. I cannot take this anymore, Please assist.
