In 2009 a CellC consultant called me at work and said I won a cellphone Nokia27. I was told that CellC will Top Up R120 on a monthly basis. I stated to the cnsultant that I don't want a phone contract I am with MTN. the consultant insisted that THIS IS NOT a contract but a gift that I won fron Cell C. On the call I was TRICKED to give my details for delivery.
The Cellphone was delivered by HAND TO HAND COURIER. The courier guys told me if I don't like it I must phone CellC. YES, I didn't like it.
Several times I phoned CellC to come and get their phone and promised me on many occassions that they will send someone, that NEVER HAPPENED!!
I then saw a deduction of R130 from my bank acccount, I reversed it.
After four months I lost my phone and decided to use the phone I won from CellC BUT not the simcard
CELL C HAS GARNISHED ME FOR R2971.19. THIS WAS PURE FALSE SELLING. I WAS MISLED AND TO. I DIDN'T WANT THE PRODUCT AND I MADE MEANS TO RETURN IT.
I WANT THIS GARNISH TO BE REMOVED NOW!!! AND MY NAME CLEARED. They can send the courier again to get the simcard or if they want me to pay for the CHEAP STUPID PHONE I will do it BUT i will not pay R2971.19
