I'm highly unsatisfied with MTN Kroonstad. I upgrade to a Samsung GT-S5300 in January 2013, since that the phone when back 4 time for repair. But it come back every time still with the same problem. I laid a complaint at MTN Ombudsman a week ago but till now, no one contact me back.
