MY 2 GIG DATA BUNDLE HAD 600MEG CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH, THE NEW 2 GIG BUNDLE WAS ISSUED THE NEXT MONTH TOO BUT THE CHARGES ARE BEING DEDUCTED FROM THE NEW 2 GIG AND NOT THE 600MEG CARRIED OVER, THE SERVICE CENTRE TELLS ME I MUST CHECK MY CONTRACT AND TELLS ME THATS THE WAY IT WORKS, MEANING I WILL ALWAYS LOOSE ME CARRIED OVER DATA (FIRST USE UP THE NEW DATA BEFORE YOU CAN GET TO THE OLD). I PAID FOR IT WHY MUST I LOOSE IT. VODACOM SCORES ALL THE WAY., THE CONSUMER. CLASS ACTION IS NEEDED TO STOP THIS '"OF MONEY. TOP UP CUSTOMERS FINISH THEIR MOST RECENT BUNDLE FIRST BUT CONTRACT CUSTOMERS GET CHEATED.OUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED. ALL ATTEMPTS AT REASONING HAVE FAILED. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR, NO MORE NO LESS!
