I have been trying to cancel my ADSL line for about a month. Call center assistants keep on referring me to another department and then no one picks up or my call is just dropped. This has happened numerous times and keeps on happening. I finally got through and found out that they had the wrong email address. They also haven't invoiced since I started using their services. After another couple of dropped calls we finally corrected that and I got a services cancellation form. It took more than a week for them to get back to me and now they want to charge me for another two months ADSL rental! I'm already out of my office and don't have any access to the line. Again I tried to sort this out. I was transferred to customer services and my call was dropped. Again. And again. Nobody gets back to me. It's useless to mail a complaint as nobody even responds with an email.
