No cancellation as per request and wrong address

I requsted for Telkom to cancel my ADSL line and downgrade as I was out of the country most of the year and never utilised their services. Only about a month ago I found out they were still charging me for ADSL. I finally requsted for my line to be cancelled altogether and leave my email address active. Even that proved to go wrong - for some reason they changeg my email address which explained why I haven't been able to receive emails for about a week. I've spent more or less R200.00 calling or onhold for half an hour on line!! in order to get the error fixed, have sent in emails via their website but nothing till now. Since I'm doing all this outside of S.A. it's not exactly cheap and I need TELKOM to own up and start delivering proper service. This is ridiculous.
I just want my email address to be changed back PLEASE!!!
