So I decided to sign up for an ADSL package with Mweb.
I filled out the form, put my details in and never heard anything back from them for 2 days.
Calling the call center resulted in nothing since no one answers. I held for almost 20 minutes.
After 24 hours or so, someone finally calls me to confirm my order at which point, I tell them to stick it.
I then try to sign up with Afrihost who tells me they cant migrate my line because Mweb still has an order on it with Telkom!! Don't you think you should confirm the order with the client before putting an ADSL order on their line??
Now I have to call Telkom and explain to them, get them to remove the order on my line and do it again with Afrihost.

Mweb, your service is shocking
