I have a Telkom [URL Removed] with Telkom that I pay for once a year. My last payment was last year October and is due October this year again. On Friday my emails stopped working and I was told that the domain was suspended for non payment. I could not understand but made the requested payment of R181.76 because I needed my emails to work. The call centre has been sending me from pillar to post. I get daily calls from Telkom enquiring on my problem but no one can sort it. I sent emails including payment confirmation to the [Email Removed] but even from them I have had no luck. I spoke to Gary yesterday morning on 012 860 7220 and he said my emails should be up in 4-8 hrs. I'm now in a different day and I still have no emails. I really need someone to take this matter seriously because this is affecting my business operations.
